Bad attitude from Call centre agent Khutso Masenya

I applied for a loan over the internet and Khutso Masenya returned the call to assist me. He had a very bad attitude, was impatient and not helpful when I asked questions. If he was not in the mood to assist people he should not have gone to work and this is the first time that I have experienced this type of attitude from bank employees. I am very disappointed to say the least and your call entre agents should learn to be patient with people.
