StandardBank no capacity to fulfil their procedure

Standard Bank institutes procedures which they cannot implement effectively. Tel numbers can only be changed at the branch. (Their procedure). Four visits to the branch and several phone calls and the cell phone number has still not been changed. There was a crack in the payments for vehicle (I AM OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR MANY MONTHS) and Standard Bank cannot be bothered to send an email or call the land line. (somebody will answer). The man the account was handed over to made ONE PHONE CALL. Just 1 phone call. Payment was made two hours later. The debit order was re-instated and proper arrangements made for the future. However Standard Bank still have the incorrect cell no. Four visits to the branch and several calls to the vehicle finance department had resulted in one big NOTHING.
Perhaps Standard Bank should actually listen to their recordings. Can I invoice them for my limited time and petrol whilst achieving nothing at their insistence? Management hide behind their call centres. They are unreachable whilst we are David in the Goliath story and get the really raw end of the stick. Inefficient, lazy, money grabbing, could not give a dam about their long term customers
