I settled my account balance in December, subsequently emailed the proof of payment and followed up via telephone. I was informed that the payments will be allocated to my account within 5-7 working days. After the given period, I phoned and emailed again to follow up as to why this hasn't been processed. Every phone call not being less than avg of 20 min. I am informed that they have followed it up with ADMIN and it will be allocated immediately and will reflect on my account by the following day. It is now more than a month later wherein my last phone call was yesterday, and the payment still hasn't been reflected on my account. I received one response from one of my previous emails, I have received no response from them ever since to inform me what the delays are and why allocations are taking so long. Since then my debit orders have still been going off and interest charges, understandably everything will be rectified when payment is allocated; however in the meantime I have to suffer the expense for their service.
