Once Again Promises not Kept

Early in January after very poor services on "Switching" my accounts and FNB returning my credit card payment due to them not loading an agreed overdraft, I decided to close the accounts. I advised that all charges should be credited to my account and that a total amount owing to the bank be given to me so that I can settle all amounts owing. I spoke to the premier banker, Naushaad several times in this regard and advised that this should be done before the next credit card payment was due. Despite several promises in this regard, one as recent as yesterday, this was not forthcoming. He advised me that the payment would only go off on Monday and that he would have all details required before then. Well surprise, surprise the payment went off today and was returned again. At 09:30 I spoke to Naushaad and asked for a senior official to call me. Not only has this not happened, but I cannot get hold of Naushaad. FNB definitely do not live up to their advertisements and if compared to "Beep Bank" their premier bankers are not in the same league - given my experience!
