Dont bank on FnB to access funds from your bond

My sister has a homeloan witn FNB. We accessed some funds for our business two years ago with a phone call and in three days got the money. This year we decided to do the same. This bond was registered in 2007. This was a bad idea as we need the money to pay suppliers in China before there annual month long holidays starting 29/01/2014. We dealt with " Amos " who has just wasted a two weeks asking for documentation from us and the body corporate. I the phoned his manger, " Kershan ", who assured me a week ago that the docs were neccessary and he would speed up the process because he understood the urgency. It is now the 17/01/2014 and Amos is still askng for documentations. This is probably a big joke to these people. I would like to take the time to say " WELL DONE to you, Kershan and Amos, THANK YOU for delaying our application for what could have been a simple procedure from FNB to client. THANK YOU as now we will start 2014 suffering losses. Thank you for helping us lay of two more labour staff. Thank you FNB for helping two more single mothers to be without jobs". THANK YOU!
