Hi, firstly, the numbers on your website (087 320 3200 or 086 123 3000) is non existent. I have been trying for days to get through to these with no luck. I even tried the 011 686 2121 for international queries, still with no luck.

I have had Ebucks ever since Ebucks started. I have now noticed that some of my accounts have been de-linked without my knowledge or consent.

Can somebody please call me to rectify that matter asap and refund me with all the Ebucks I lost for the duration of the de-listening?
