Ridiculous Queues

Today I had another bad experience at Absa, Lyttelton. Yesterday they were offline and could not assist. Then I had to go to another branch which is very far from this one. Today, the customer service queue was extremely long and only 3/4 people were working. It is frustrating as to stand in a queue for almost an hour. They seriously need to think of innovative ways to assist clients faster and more efficiently.
