False advertising

Standard bank alleges that their prestige clients get automatic travel insurance when paying for flights using their cheque accounts but when i called in to get the said insurance, the consultant is giving me quotes. Do you just advertise "alleged" benefits to attract clients? What a terrible bank you guys repeatedly proof yourselves to be on a daily!
