Still no freakin response a whole two months late

It has been two months since we lodged a claim for our garage we lodged the complaint in November and still no assessor no nothing has happened every time you call the call centre someone will always call you back we having been living with this damage now for two months and the services is pathetic still no freak in response but the premium goes off no problem
