ABSA Rewards

I just got an sms from ABSA Rewards and now enough is enough. I'm still Mrs on their system. I have phoned them (infact - I phoned them yesterday about this issue), I have gone to not one but several ABSA branches and still when I receive an sms from them I'm referred to as MRS.

I have NEVER been married, what must I do to make them change me to MS? They keep telling me that on their system I'm MS, but why am I called MRS when the sms me?

Really now ABSA catch a wake-up!!!
