Straight to the point.

I took out Vehicle & Household Insurance through AFI.

I spoke and confirmed my monthly premium with More Lebogang over the phone and on email, which was R1, 323.66 (Excess waiver included). The first month it was debited from my account, it was done for this amount.

This month, a total of R1, 744.91 was deducted from my account. I phoned Candice Sanderson as she was my appointed contact person. I explained this to her and she then told me that they added a excess waiver and there I have to pay R421.25 extra.

I have conformation over the phone, and in writing that the R1, 323.66 premium was my vehicle and household insurance with a excess waiver included. Its a binding contract and this needs to be corrected ASAP!!!

I expect a phone call on this today and this to be resolved and I get either credited or refund the R421.25.
