Some time in August 2012 someone behind the counter at the Game liquor store in Bay side mall used my RCS card. It took very long for anyone to respond.. The matter was eventually attended to and the on my account was refunded.

During this time RCS sent letters, called me and charged me a higher interest (as the caused my account to go over the limit), I was charged for all of these things and despite the fact that consultants have confirmed that this was never refunded to me. NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED NOR HAS ANYONE EVER RETURNED CALLS REGARDING THESE COMPLAINTS for the interest and other charges, other then to demand payments (which I do not owe).

When ever I do get to speak to a consultant they apologize and tell me that customer care will call me however no one EVER does. I then get another call a few days later and have to explain everything again. I have had to explain the situation about 5times already and no one seems to know what they are doing. I paid the account up last year and they keep demanding money. I have been to continuously and will never in my life use this company or Game ever again.
