I logged a request on hello peter with the complaint below to day i got no answer:

I have called your offices numerous times asking for a special settlement as i am unemployed, all i ever got was 20 % discount, you guys are nit willing to assist me. I want to settle this account and i am sure you guys can make a better settlement offer, its just that you dont want to try because you will lose your commission

This was their last response:
