I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Standard Bank.

I contacted the Standard Bank Call Centre in November to find out when my last payment was to go off for my vehicle finance and was told the last payment would go off in December. I was told to phone 3 days after my December payment went off to request the original documents which I did, only to be told that there is another payment going off in January. No one seems able to explain this.

I have also emailed Standard Bank twice regarding a query I have on my vehicle financing and have still not heard back. Standard Bank have charged interest on the full cost of the car I bought in 2010, when I was only financing a portion of it? Surely this can't be right, why am I paying interest to Standard Bank on my own money?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me back urgently to explain what has happened here.
