Helped with car problem

On 30 december i had a problem with my car, it wouldnt start. I called th insurance to gt help, i ws sent from pillar to post, aftr having called about 5 numbers because noone seemed to know how to help, i got hold of a guy by the name of Thando, i was extremely frustrated at the time and th car delalership also gve me problems, however Thando helped with that too. He helped get me a tow truck, called constantly to see if it has arrived, gave me all the information and even made arrangements with the delaership to have the car delievered there. I know he was doing his job, but ensuring hyundai was aware of the problem wasnt his responsibility, he stil did it. Despite my frustration he remained calm and ws extremely patient, understanding and helpfull. I'm really gratefull for his assistance. May he continue working with determination. bless him.
