Bruma Finance do Not Know What They Are Doing

I took out a loan with them in June 2013 and it was supposed to be paid up by December 2014. We got paid on the 15th December and I had put away money for the debit order of R600 to go off. On December 25th when the debit order went off which was supposed to have been the last payment they took off something around R130 and not the R600. it was my mistake of assuming that that had been the outstanding amount before the account was closed. Today I get a call telling me I owe R400. I don't understand how it is my fault that they had deducted a minimal amount and now phone me and demand the balance telling me if I do not pay it interest will be added onto the amount. it is unfair to me as the consumer as they do not know my situation nor my budget. I will not pay this balance and they will not phone me demanding money owed to them of which they should have deducted in the first place. I need this to be sorted out or Hellopeter wont be the last place I turn to. the documentation clearly states R600 not R130 in December and the balance in January. I am still waiting for Sibongile to phone me back with a solution. I am not the first client this has happened to.
