5 years of waiting for pay out

I would like to bring to your attention that i have applied for my surplus fund in 2007 and to date I have recieved conflicting feedback. i have tried calling the call center for feedback and am left holding on for 30 minutes at a time listening to a voice telling me to hold the line for the next operator. This never happens and after R50 a call am forced to abandon the call.
