On the 26 of October 2013 i got an accident, and i reported to the my insurance first for woman. and they requested every information i gave them. and they were calling me to update me what's happening. So on the Wed 2013/11/06 02:29 PM i received an email that they are not paying out coz am not covered for accident. and i sent an email to Pamela smith on 27 November 2013 03:24 PM to request voice recordings when i join the insurance and the was no reply. and again i sent another one on the 02, 2013 11:17 she respond that she will obtain and forward to as soon as possible. up to day no respond for voice recordings.so am not if they are triying to rob me my money coz am paying every month or they didnt want to fix my car.and give me the stories that am not covered. i dont understand why am covered for 3rd party and not me.
