R400 Tv Add

I sms'ed Outsurance as I was taken by the tv add that I could pay less for my car insurance.

They couldn't beat my insurance price and when I asked the consultant whether I would get R400 as per their tv add, he laughed and didn't respond. Up to this day no one has contacted me to make an arrangement to get that.

I hope this is not a false advert.
