Promise not being kept by African Bank

I have been paying my Ellerines acc thruogh African Bank, in December I rcvd sms saying that if I make a settlement I will qualify for a 40% discount. I called the call centre and was told of the amount that I have to pay so my acc will be closed which I did the next day. To my suprise they debited R867 on my bank acc after being told my acc was closed. I called them again and was promised that it will be paid back to me even now am still waiting. Have spoken to different people and everytime I have to repeat my story over and over. Have spoken to Khosie, Thabisile, Karabo and the rudest of them all was Edward who did not assist at all. Others have promised me that my money will be paid back as it's been escalated to the supervisor but still nothing. Am so dissappointed with African Bank.
