We had hail damage in the Pretoria area in November. The windows were damaged and used the online service to register my claim. This was in November and was given a claim number. I have tried their telephone number with always a response that their agents are unavaliable. To date no one has called me with regard to the claim or my numerous online request to let me know on the progress on the claim.
