I had called Wesbank last year as I had missed a payment and they had given me an amount to pay in. I had paid over and above what was asked of me yet I have been told that my account is in arrears. Surely it is the duty of the call centre agent to advise the client about about any additional charges, this is unacceptable from a service point of view
