I would like to write this complaint about the above account number:85090167604 with Wesbank in which it was for financing the car that was bought in 2007 and it was written off. I was called by the attorneys (HTN to be specific) it was handed over to last year about the outstanding amount of R21 000.00 roughly I made arrangements and paid. Was subsequently advised by the attorneys that Wesbank had taken their accounts back to them early April 2013.When i asked for settlement amount late in March 2013 the amount was around R17000.00 or so which they get from Wesbank through their authourity. But now in August when I ask for latest statement to be able to pay-off this account in two months the amount is now a hooping R37000.00 roughly. I don't think this makes sense and the Agent gave me such a bad attitude that i owe the bank. Can some expert please follow this. I was told by the agent that they only hand over capital amount or what not not the whole amount with interest to attorneys which I find rather very strange. Mind you I had paid and settled another account with same attorneys also from Wesbank. Surely good citizens that want to settle their accounts should get heard?
