Sunday 18:27 I received sms update Std Bank of a transaction of R8960.62 Reported the transaction at 18:28 Spoke to Senzo Nathe who told me it will take 5 working days The update sms was send 20 MINUTES after the actual transaction which occurred 18:07 An hour after reporting the I phoned again and spoke to Tshepo who promised me that in the morning I will receive a call from their agents THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Monday 3pm I contated Stdbank who then told me the information I was given when reporting the case was wrong it takes 10 WORKING days I recorded all my calls with standard bank and played the recording to the call centre agent as proof of what std bank promised Only then std bank took me serious I was contacted by the supervisor Resaak I also recorded Resaak who promised to phone me this morning before 9 WHICH HE DID NOT DO gave me no chance to explain he kept on interrupting me, as well as repeating the same thing over 'it is the banks procedure' I don't care about the banks procedure I care about the money that went missing on my acc I was given no alternative and wrong info Should I not get a call today by 12 noon I will be taking this case further with all recording
