Poor Customer service, no assistance witrh query

I have had activity on my account, i have been trying to get my own money back but it has been a nightmare due to the lack of knowledge and poor customer service. i call the div several times and they are the most rude and unhelpful team. i requested for a manager to call me and to date no one has responded, further to that i requested fro a manager to call me on the 10th jan and still o response. i went into the bank on the 6th of jan and collected my new card and today i get someone call me saying must collect a card from the carnival mall and i ask a simple question of what is the difference between the card i currently have and the one that is at carnival mall and no answer they don't know. as a customer that has been with std for 10 years i would appreciate it if some would help and be kind and try and find out and at least return my calls? very unsatisfied customer and with no money left due to activity on my account that std bank allowed to process in BRAZIL?
