Unbeknownst to me this small time business must be booming with success as they clearly have no concern about their customer services or their reputation!

May 16 i placed my order to get 2 table runners & 3 place-mats both with an soft inner & backing made up, not a massive order but i have used them before and had been happy with their work. I supplied all the material & got quoted R150.

Upon collecting the goods i saw that the runners did not have the inners & backing sewn onto the runner, After some arguing I then got told that they would do it & i should collect later.

When i came to collect i got told the price was more than i got quoted for & that i need to pay up. I said that i would pay but that i would never use their business again. To which the most arrogant & clearly delusional owner laughed at me & said it would not matter as she has plenty of customers & then promptly ignored me. Well i hope that this complaint of a business that misquotes & an owner with a very bad attitude reaches many people & serves to remind you of the power of bad customer service no matter how small, lets just say i will never use them again & will go out of my way to spread the word!!
