Atrocious Customer Service

I write this with a heavy heart, as I never thought that it would come to this.
Due to the extremely poor lack of customer service that I have been receiving from the claims department at Miway Insurance, I must say that I have been so shocked that I am at a loss for words. In all honesty, I must say Miway Insurance Company, with the handling of my queries has left a very bad taste in my mouth and heart. I am dismayed at the service that has been displayed by the different employees in your company because the lack of service is not only in one department but it seems to run across the whole company and this shows a very serious disrespect to me as a client of yours.
Absolutely no one delivers on the promises they have made to me on numerous phone calls I have made using my hard earned airtime. Whatever the reason is that will be found in the hopes of alleviating my anger, I hope that what has been done to me does not get done to other clients as this is the worst and unfair behaviour that should be shown to a human being. You have literally paused my life and made it to halt.
I do not understand whether this is simply negligent behaviour that warrants disciplinary action ..
