Pending Payments and overdrawn account

Since November 2014 ive been experiencing problems with my Nedbank Current account, everytime i use my card to make payements the money doesnt go off the same time and only goes off after 3-5 days! that then couses bad record on my account as it makes my balance - everytime then i end up owing the bank because the card payement didnt go off the same time.

then the bank doesnt notify me that my account is under drawn or anything i dont get sms or emails i just receive a letter later on in the month that ill be facing legal actions if my account is not paid up. ive have never experienced this before but not its realy frustrationg me finacialy as my balance and my account are always in bad arears.

i tried calling the bank today but got no helpp at all! my account now stands at a ballance of -R 1 449-98 i refuse to pay it back. Nedbank has realy dissapointed me
