Complaint about my licence disc

Good day

I purchased a car on the 14th December 2012 cash and was assistate by Lizette Wepener. She told me she is going to send my documents to the department of transport for my licence disc and i will get it in the begining of January 13. Till today I havent received it. I made couple of contacts to her enquering about my disc. I have been leaving messages and sending her emails but she either doesnt reply or will reply after days of receiving my emails. I spoke to her supervisor by the name of Neil said will ask her and check what's delaying the process. Which he did 10mins after I spoke to him and told me she said she has send the documents which it was something she told me 3 weeks ago. I called again last week tuesday and spoke to the same guy he said he will check with her and come back to me, which he never did. After 2 days i called him to check on the respond and he told me he will call me to give me feed back but he never did. Today i called and left a message for him in the morning around 8.am and i'm still waiting for his responce. I'm very upset with the service i'm getting from this garage and I need to know if i will ever get my disc. Their nunmbers 011 762 6500.
