MISLEADING AND RUTHLESS

My husband has a consolidation plan with monthly and qauterly rewards with the option of requesting the awards earlier than scheduled dates. For the past year its been a shlep obtaining the rewards because conveniently on payout dates OM experience system problems.on the 1 january an amount ofR2800 and R320 had to be paid to my husband for an entire week they had system problems only to tell my husband today that he wont be getting the money he will only get in July.this isunacceptable as it is breach of contract because the the payout dates is stipulated in the policy he signed. I will contact the ombudsman and the media regarding this and my husband will be changing bank accounts as of this month so they will not get a cent.
