Demand for Pay but Not Willing to Correct Errors

I requested to have my debit order date changed to 25th starting Nov 2013.I was informed that there's R350 in arreas, I asked to just change the debit order date as I will pay the arrears amount manually. On the 25th November, the debit that ran was for R350 only. An agent called beginning of Dec for the outstanding instalment. I asked them to listen to the tape as what was noted on their system was incorrect and the debit set incorrectly. Another agent called, apologising for the mistake and confirmed that all is now in order. On Dec 13, a double debit was run on my account by direct axis without my consent or prior arrangements, it bounced as I was only getting paid on the 24th Dec. An agent called on the 20th, demanding payment for the outstanding 2instalments. I told her I will pay the Dec instalment on the 24th upon confirmation that they have sorted things from their side. I received 2calls from different agents this January, demanding payments. The 1st one promised to have the acc escalated for resolution, the later told me the bottom line is I should pay including the charges. I am want to pay the outstanding instalment but Direct Axis should own upto their errors and correct before demand
