I have a personal loan at Direct Axis - linked to and visible in my FNB bank account. The account balance on 15 August was R8k, I've transferred the same amt into this account to zero the balance. Another debit order AMT went off a couple of days later. I've contacted Direct Axis who said sorry, and they will reverse this amt (odd R400). Now suddenly my outstanding balance is -R1500. and no one can explain how this happened??? I called them 5 min ago, and an arrogant adviser - who does not listen to what I say, wants to transfer me to some other department to explain myself all over again because 1) she does not listen to what I have told/asked her, 2) have no idea whats going on. Where is my money??? and when will be sorted???
