Division waste of time

Unauthorised use of my card was reported in November 2013, The refund amount was transferred into my account on the 3rd January 2014 (far too long a time to wait) and reversed (what the) on the same day Standard Bank division says case is now closed, but I have still not received the money. Razaaq says he was doing me a favour by talking to me and was not helpful at all as I said who shall I speak to now and he was not helpful.. Standard Bank does not know what it is doing (or does it) I want my money and a refund of all interest charged on my account.
