NO RESPONSE TO SMART DEVISE APPLICATION

I contacted the [URL Removed] store in William Nicol centre in December, around the second week of the month, I was told my application was sent to the analysts for review and I'd be given a call back. I've called back several times to no avail and today is the 14th of the month and no response. I'm very disappointed in the lack of service and could someone get back to me.
