Never better your life standard bank hates that!

After getting a new job, I had to move my 2 debits my VF & Revolving credit to the first to make sure that the debit will clear without hicups.
This was in November, in December I find out that my loan is in areas by one month due to a technical issue.the same with the VF but nothing has been done to rectify this.
At branch level this was not communicated to me and even so why will this affect my payment and my credit by a debit change.
DO NOT BANK ON YOUR BANK IF ITS STANDARD BANK, they are greedy hungry & will not care about you to better your self as the client this means that they will not be needed if you better your ratings.
Pathetic as it sound a investigation was done and the consultant has not had the to phone me back!
After numerous attempts the only way will be moving your accounts to the Post office as this for the money you spend the service you will get.
