I really dont have time to tell the whole story, I have a revolving credit plan with Standard Bank, a Cheque account and a Homeloan. Please contact me to make arrangements as I want to move all of them to ANY other bank. You cannot speak to anyone directly who can do anything, for all my queries I was told you have to go in to a branch. We are moving away from branches!!! But I did go to the brach and there I was told once again that they could not help me, they have to send a mail to another dapartment. It has been over a month now and still nobody has giver me an answer or even came back to me.
