We had lady who rented from us for over one year, she was very ill and we assisted her where possible. On the 9th December 2013 she passed away. She had no family and wanted me to inform NEDBANK if something should happen to her which I've done. I informed Yvonne at Nedbank that she passed away.

Anelda contacted me and requested me to give Miss Lourens cellphone and proof of the contract that she rented the garden cottage from me - done. After nemurous telephone calls to Anelda and visits to their branch up untill today I still have no feedback.

Anelda informed me that Mrs Lourens belongings would be removed within 1 week if not they will refund me the monthly rent however this has not been done. We are pensioners and rely on the money received I had a few people who was interested to rent the garden cottage from me. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible.
There is no service at this branch and if you need to go to them they would rather stand smoking outside avoiding you then helping you. I cannot believe this is the way NEDBANK DELIVERS A SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC. Please could you assist me to get this resolved.
