FNB Security Breach at ATM - money

Blatant neglect to a struggling man who put his fnb card in the atm & it got stuck. Thereafter the only money which was to pay rent of R1000 was out his account. This man earns minimum rage & all his money he had was due to fnb security flaw. He revisited fnb many times & tried to lodge a case complaint & has to use public transport to get around. He was told that fnb are not responsible & wont refund him.
Absolutely shocking. I have 4 accounts with fnb & am considering moving to another provider as this is inhumane.

Had a response to this but never heard again!!! Shocking Shocking Shockin - Going to take this further if no refund is given!!!
