Incorrect billing, no response, shocking service

Absolutely shocking service! Technician came out to reconnect our alarm to transmittor, first of all did a bad job of it and then charged us double of what we were quoted! i have phoned 3 times, and sent an email, still no response. I can never get to speak to a Manager. Noone in the call center cares, I see no action, noone phones me back, absolutely the most shocking service! I want C Humprey (MD) to phone me personally please with some feedback, and to convince me to remain as a customer.
