Excellent service

We had some misfortune and had to put in a claim for some of our goods that were damaged. This happened during the festive season and we did not have very high hopes of a good response due to most people being on holiday. We contacted Santam and was surprised that we got immediate response. Sarah-jane contacted us and informed us that someone would be appointed to access our situation and we will take it from there. We got a call on the same day from a company called RSR and were impressed with the service. Within a few days we were informed that our damaged goods will be replaced and this happened in no time. Thank you Sarah-jane for excellent service. It's people like you that give us hope for the future and that encourages us to pay our insurance premiums with hope that our claims would be resolved.
