ON THE 20TH OF NOVEMBER 2013 WE GOT LIGHTING DAMAGED ON THE TV, PVR DECODER AND LNB. ON THE 21/11 THE CLAIM WAS PUT IN WITH QUOTATIONS.
AFTER DAILY INQUIRIES WE WERE INFORM ON THE 28/11 THAT THE LADY HANDLING OUR CLAIM IS ON LEAVE UNTIL THE 3RD OF JANUARY 2014.
I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, DB BIERMAN, AFTER EXPLAINING TO WHOLE STORY TO HIM HE PHONED BACK AND INFORMED ME THAT THE ASSESSOR APPOINTED WAS IN NAMIBIA AND THE CLAIM MUST BE SENT BACK TO PRETORIA.
ON FRIDAY 29/11 09H00 MR HENK BEUKES CAME TO INSPECT THE DAMAGED GOODS AND ISSUED A SANTAM CARD WHICH WOULD'VE BEEN ACTIVATED THAT SAME DAY AND THE FUNDS WOULD'VE BEEN AVAILABLE IN 48 HOURS.
YESTERDAY 3/12/2012 WE SPOKE TO TILLA VAN DER WALT SE INFORMED ME THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. AND THAT SHE HERSELF WILL REQUEST A DRAWCARD. AND THAT THE CARD WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED AFTER SHE RECEIVED IT.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DUE THE NEGLIGENCE WE MISSED OUT ON A SPECIAL FOR A TV.
