I am pleased to say that there are still people in S A that will go the extra mile to help their fellow South Africans. We had the misfortune of cable by the hooligans that try to disrupt honest and hardworking citizens life's, but the end result turned out very good due to Demcy and his team. Due to the cable from the municipal sub station in our area, we had a power surge when 380 volts was send through to the houses that were affected. As a result all the appliances etc. that was plugged in was affected and we had some major losses. Our insurance company appointed Demcy and his team to investigate and from the outset I was very impressed with his professionalism and excellent service. Even though this happened during the festive season, It made no difference and within no time we had our goods replaced. Thank you very much Demcy. You and your team are the silver lining in the very dark clouds that circumstances sometimes brings. I will definitely tell all my friends about you and will use you any time in future if the need arise. May you have a very prosperous 2014.
