I would just like to thank Victor Rademan for helping me with my claim.
Since I've never claimed under Household contents he made the whole process easy. Within a day he organised assessors to assess the goods that was damaged by lightning. Unfortunately computer companies were closed during the holiday season and I could only request quotes for the computer components replacement on the 6th of Jan. Once I received my quotes on Tuesday afternoon I forwarded it to him while he was on leave.By Wednesday he already had a comparative quote and they decided to go with my quote. The services branch had a bit of an issue with providing some info for the claims department but by Friday (today) my claim was approved.
I would say comparing to other horror stories I've heard from people that claimed from their respective insurers my claim was handled with utmost efficiency and prompt service.
Victor set a great example and I hope that I won't have to go through something like this, but his service makes it possible to let one believe that loyalty to an insurance broker means something.
