Accounts being over paid

We hv been on debt review for the past 4.5yrs and suld hv been finished in May 2013 but due to the laziness of the npda and ecdon we have paid over R7100 and not edcon or the npda picked this uo til i staretd jumping up and down and started requesting statements and stuff! and its also the debt counselors that we are withs faulyt cos the obviously didnt ask for statements as they were suppose to til i stareted demanding what i am righjtfully aloud to demand seen as though edcon the npda and the counselors we r with didnt do their jobs properly
