Unresponsive/dishonest

I was promised that my letter of rescission from court will be ready on 13th Dec '13. I constantly checked during that week if that was in order and was promised all was according to plan. Tried calling on the day no response, and eventually when I got to speak to Lawrence on 17th he was very dodgy about it..he kept saying their court guy is not answering his phone, his out of the office blablah which I believe was absolute BS!! He knew all along that the letter is not ready and was taking me for a fool! Today I call their office and phone rings unanswered!! Dishonesty, disrespect and just pure pathetic!!
