The worst bank to have a business accout with

Money that is in my account suddenly disappears. tried getting a statement before my debit orders go off, the account is fine no money disappears. but if i do not pull a statement from the account before my debit orders go through then the money VANISHES from my account. i am then hit with unpaid order fees upon fees. i cant understand how this happens but every time i have inquired about it they give me a long story.
wish there was a way we could run a business without a bank account.
the service we get from them is a waste. i exceeded my monthly limit in december and needed to do payments. asking the bank to increase MY limit is like asking them to give a big loan. they only keep my money not own it.

i have moved the business now to fnb, the service is great and will never have to worry about monthly limits i can increase it myself. thanks fnb for understanding our business needs!!!
