Iwyze ll make you broke, over 14days, no refund

On the 7th of december2013, I cancelled insurance for one of my vehicles, to my surorise the debted my account for the same vehicle on the 27th, the same day I called the call centre and enquire about this matter, and agent told me that a refund will be made into my account, a refund would take 5days, the 5 days went by and I called on the 2nd of january and I was informed that I ll get in with 5 days again, I than called yesterday, and I was informed that the money should be in before cob, up till this point I ve not received my money. I called in again and the agent that I sooke to, she said she remembers, and is sorry as she was refering to a different case, why should I be inconveniced with my own money, over 21days? A surolus shows in my account, why is it difficult to get it back. I ve asked for the team leader to return my call, no one has bothered to, sent an email to a retention agent, yet again no reoly. Iwyze is showing less care with their client as the year begins, and I would have voted for the organization, and referred a number of friends to them, for such service, :-[
