Refer to my previous complaint laid on 2 dec 2013, to date my sons room is still damage to the extent that he now sleeps on a couch, since then we have had many heavy storms causing further damage to my home as a result of the initial leak not being repaired. Your t&c's state its compulsary to pay premiums and report damage; I have done my part as your client but waiting over 5 weeks for assistance is appauling service! It is no longer my problem how busy you are, or what excuses you have I have heard enough and I want my home fixed! I refuse to pay any excess amounts due to this service and the inconvenience that my family has been put through because of outsurance's Incompetance! Should this matter not be resolved to my satisfaction by 14/01/2014 I wil gladly report this matter to the ombudsman! I have had enough of this disgusting service! I honestly expected better service from a so called reputable company, but judging from all the complaints from your other clients it looks like you have plenty fixing to do! I'm sure any other insurance company will be glad to have me as a client and I wouldn't have to be put through such agony!
