FAILURE THEREOF!!!

Failure to inform me, when i was asked if i was using a work shop of my choice that certain costs will be to my account, failure to inform me of the updates of my claim and courtesy car. failure to inform me that i needed a sticker on my car to have towing fees covered. failure to inform me that they will not be sending out assessors because they needed me to answer some questions, that nobody bothered to phone me about or to ask. so my whole claim and no car situation is just left in limbo, until i phone. failure to inform me that they were trying to dispute my previous insurers, im only told about this hiccup when i phoned for an update after i was promised that my DISCLAIMER FOR REPAIR OF VEHICLE would arrive on that day to be signed and sent, for my car repairs and that of a courtesy car. that hasnt come to me yet. i am 22 days past the accident now and i still do not have a car, nor is my car being repaired. i do not have a clear indication as to what is actually going on with my insurance company and what service exactly are they providing me with.
