Hello Peter :)

I phoned MiWay today to cancel my car insurance due to a high premium I've been paying.

I was then directed to Thapelo to deal with my cancellation. Well that's exactly the opposite of what I did.

By dealing with Thapelo, he managed to offer me a better premium and kept my business, which is exactly what he was aiming for.

I just want to thank Thapelo for being helpful and having a great attitude.

It's people like him that clearly make a great company like MiWay.
